A quote from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette this morning.
"This winter just won't quit. Friday's snowfall of 3.5 inches boosted the record total for February to 44.6 inches and the total for the season to 72.8 inches, moving the winter of 2009-10 to sixth on the all-time list. The top five snowiest seasons in Pittsburgh since 1884 have been: 1950-51 (82 inches); 1913-14 (78.5); 1993-94 (76.8); 1960-61 (76.0); and 1995-96 (74.5)."
And, I don't think that included the 5-6" that Ben shoveled this morning. I figure, hey, if we've come this far, we might as well shoot for the best. No one wants to be 6th. Now, lets assume we can add 5" to the total posted, then we go up to 77.8", which puts us at 3rd....A bronze...not bad, but I think we can do better.
