Fashion Icon

Gotta love the socks pulled over the leggings and the socks with sandals.  All topped off with this really cute flower clip I bought from a very talented lady in the ward.

How long does it take....?

For all of the snow to melt off the half of the driveway that you never shoveled?  Just one day shy of 5 weeks.
Yep, that's the last of it.
I thought that it was pretty significant...so we went to celebrate with ice cream at Bruster's!

Henry's first school play

Last Monday Henry came home from school with a part in a play to memorize.  He was pretty upset, because it was a rather long part, and he didn't want to/didn't think he could memorize it.  So, he told me that he wasn't going to, and then, when he was really bad, his teacher would take him out of the play.  I didn't really know what to say/do, so I just picked up the script and starting practicing with him.  Every day after school for a week and a half we would practice.  He was doing very well.  I asked him if they were doing the play for the parents, and he told me no.  However, he found out this past Monday that they were going to do the play for the first graders and kindergarteners on Wed (yesterday).  He didn't want me to come though.  All right, I'm sure it won't be the last time I'm told that.  Anyway, Tuesday after school he brought the script to me and said he wanted to practice one more time because he wanted to be really good and do a good job.  YEAH!  He decided he wanted William to come to the show, and since we are a package deal, I got to go too.  Here are some pictures of "The Crowded House."  Henry was Bartholomew, the wise man, and one of a few that wasn't reading off of a script.

We love William

The kids just can't get enough of their baby brother.  One of the older ladies at church gave us this little "doll" chair yesterday and they couldn't wait to put William in it.
Samuel wanted to take William for show & tell again today.  He really wanted to show his class how he can crawl and sit now.  What a special day it turned out to be when I walked into the classroom and Samuel came up and gave me a big hug.

This looks fun

I'm not sure who the "I" is in the following quote.

"In cooperation with the Gallery Jarmuschek+Partner and the kind support of Henk Holzheimer (LEGO Graffity Styles Convention), I went to New York City, as part of the VOLTA artshow, to support Mayor Bloomberg in his everyday-struggle to make this city even more amazin. At first I strolled through the concrete jungle alone, loosing myself over the endless amount of walls that need a fix. Later on, a dynamic Crew formed, which consisted of 3-40 year-olds, who wanted to shape up the city with me!

We used up a lot of stones! "
