Thanksgiving Weekend

We usually go out of town for Thanksgiving.  We find a hotel someplace random and go.  This year we didn't.  We were invited to a friends house, but decided to stay home and make our own leftovers Thanksgiving Dinner.  Here are 2 of the pies I made: Pumpkin and Sour Orange.  I also made Ben 2 different strawberry rhubarb pies.

The day after Thanksgiving we didn't go shopping.  We went for a "hike."  Henry still needed one to finish his Arrow of Light.  We went on the West Orange Trail.  It's a 22 mile asphalt trail.  Here's what we saw:

That's a dead University of Florida Gator and Florida State Seminole and a University of Miami Ibis with a Seminole spear through it.

Later that night we hit Sea World with some friends to see the Christmas shows.
